Today's big stories: February 12, 2014
Ray Nagin guilty on 20 of 21 counts of corruption. Crooked Democrat mayors are as common as tics on a hog and as difficult to get rid of. This filthy bastard made himself famous during Hurricane Katrina trying to cover up his own incompetence by blaming President Bush. That was in 2005. Here it is 2014. That's how long it took.
100% of 501(c)(4) groups audited by Obama IRS were conservative. Don't listen to our lying-ass president when he says there was "not even a smidgen of corruption" involved in the IRS scandal. The facts prove otherwise. Obama used the IRS like Stalin used the KGB. That's how he won re-election—he kept the nation's conservative opposition so concerned and occupied with fighting the IRS they had no time for the election.
Iran calling for Shi'ite rebellion in Saudi Arabia. Iran: worst neighbor ever. Saudi Arabia: second worst neighbor ever. If you live in that neighborhood, you go inside, lock the doors, and hope they kill each other.
U.S. falls from 32nd to 46th in World Press Freedom Index. That's a remarkably precipitous decline for one year. To thinking Americans it signifies the scary power grab underway for the last five years by a federal bureaucracy headed by a ruthless president who happens to be a lifelong confirmed statist. To unthinking Americans—i.e., Democrats—it means nothing because they will refuse to ponder it.
